1. Delete your account inside the app
The fastest way to delete your LINKEDROP account is directly inside the mobile app:
- Open LINKEDROP and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profile section.
- Tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion.
2. Request deletion via email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing us from the email address associated with your LINKEDROP account:
- Email: support@tizzygo.com
- Subject: “LINKEDROP Account Deletion Request”
- Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request.
3. What happens when you delete your account
When your deletion request is processed, our backend is designed to delete:
- Your LINKEDROP user account record
- Associated download history
- Associated social connection records
Media files you previously downloaded are saved on your own device and are not affected by account deletion. You can remove them using your device's file manager or gallery.
4. Third-party services
Deleting your LINKEDROP account does not automatically delete information held by third-party platforms or services you may have connected. To manage that data, please refer to the relevant provider's account and privacy settings.
5. Timing
In-app deletions take effect as soon as the request completes. Email-based deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period after we verify the request. We cannot guarantee instant removal of data from third-party services or backup systems.
