These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LINKEDROP mobile application and related services. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using the LINKEDROP mobile application (“LINKEDROP”, “the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of LINKEDROP

LINKEDROP is a mobile media downloading application. Users submit supported media URLs, and the app communicates with our backend server to process the URL, retrieve available media information, and provide the media for saving on the user's own device.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use LINKEDROP only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the URLs you submit and for how you use downloaded content.

5. User responsibility for submitted content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permissions to download, save or use any content you process through LINKEDROP. LINKEDROP does not grant you any rights to third-party content.

7. Third-party platforms and services

LINKEDROP may interoperate with third-party platforms and services (for example, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms unless explicitly stated.

8. Downloading content

Downloaded media is saved on your own device. The backend may temporarily process media to facilitate the download. LINKEDROP does not guarantee that any specific platform or URL will remain supported, or that downloads will always succeed.

9. Prohibited uses

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringing third-party intellectual property rights
  • Attempting to disrupt or abuse LINKEDROP or its backend
  • Using the app to distribute malware or unlawful content
  • Circumventing technical or access controls unlawfully

10. Service availability

LINKEDROP is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to abuse the service or infringe the rights of others.

12. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LINKEDROP is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LINKEDROP and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LINKEDROP after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Udaipur.
